    Coldstream FTO+ cartridges are designed to effectively reduce a wide range of contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, nitrates, fluoride, and pharmaceutical residues, while preserving the essential minerals naturally present in water.

    We recommend replacing the cartridges every 6 months. Once the filter is put into service, the activated carbon remains effective for approximately 6 months. Activated carbon is extremely efficient at adsorbing a wide range of contaminants, but its pores gradually become saturated over time, which limits its service life.
